Return and Exchange Policy Please read the return and exchange policy carefully before purchasing.
We reserve the right not to accept returns under any circumstances. Exchanges will only be accepted in 2 cases: 1. The purchased item does not match the customer's order, the size is incorrect, or the wrong item code was sent. 2. The item is defective due to a manufacturing fault and not caused by the customer. We will gladly exchange the item.
Our team thoroughly inspects all items before shipping. Upon receiving your order, please check immediately to ensure it matches your order. In the unlikely event that we have shipped the wrong item or you wish to change the size, please notify our team within 7 days of receiving the item. Failure to contact us within the specified timeframe will result in the return or exchange being refused.
