TD Keane Tops JUBJUB Again in FC Online at Bangkok Esports

TD Keane defeated JUBJUB in the FC Online grand final at Bangkok Esports 2026, closing out the city's biggest annual esports festival with a rematch of one of Thai esports' most storied rivalries — and, once again, TD Keane came out on top.

Now in its fourth consecutive year, Bangkok Esports 2026 was organized by the Bangkok Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism together with the Thailand Esports Association, drawing roughly 1,000 competitors across four games: Arena of Valor (ROV), Free Fire, FC Online, and Street Fighter 6, with a combined prize pool of 336,000 baht.

Across the other titles, DOOWHITE x GTH won ROV 2-1 for 40,000 baht, MiTH finished runner-up for 20,000 baht, and UNDERDOG took third for 10,000 baht. AVIDA NINJA topped Free Fire, and MindRPG won Street Fighter 6. But the FC Online final carried the tournament's biggest storyline, because the two players in it weren't just rivals — they were once teammates and two of the most decorated names in Thai esports history.

TD Keane and JUBJUB first built their reputation together on a dominant FaZe Clan lineup, winning the FIFA Online 4 Super League Season 2 title, before TD Keane added a second world championship with the EA Champions Cup Summer 2021.

Their partnership later turned into one of Thai gaming's fiercest rivalries. In September 2023, at the Asian Games in Hangzhou, the two met in an all-Thai gold medal match for EA Sports FC Online. TD Keane won 2-0, becoming the first Thai athlete ever to win an Asian Games gold medal in esports. He added another major title in April 2025, winning the EA Sports FC Online World Championship in Shanghai, and in December 2025 both players represented Thailand together at the 33rd SEA Games.

That rivalry resurfaced at Bangkok Esports 2026. On home turf, in front of a home crowd, the FC Online final became a rematch of the Hangzhou gold medal game three years on — and TD Keane got the better of his former teammate once again.

For JUBJUB, the loss extends a tough head-to-head record against TD Keane in major finals, but his continued presence on the biggest stages — Asian Games to Bangkok Esports — reflects just how deep Thailand's FC Online talent pool has become. JUBJUB has earned more than $185,000 across 43 career tournaments, a résumé that would headline most national scenes on its own.

That depth is the real story here: a tournament that started as a local event has become a stage where Asian Games gold medalists and world champions must keep proving themselves against each other to stay on top.
